Your Tasks

• You are the first point of contact when it comes to image or film inquiries and/or licenses 
• You manage the media database of SHARKPROJECT, label photos and videos correctly according to the specifications 
• You manage the corresponding licenses 
• You help in the expansion of our film database
• You work in a team and help coordinate processes and agreements
• You maintain contact with our photographers and filmmakers and expand this network 
• You represent SHARKPROJECT according to our mission statement and adhere to the CI/CO guidelines 

Your Skills

• Empathic, open, proactive, innovative and creative personality 
• Reliability, responsibility, interest and motivation for shark conservation 
• Contact and negotiation skills 
• You are familiar with the topic of sharks and you can name sharks
• You are fluent in written and spoken German
